Home Sweet Home Card & BLOG CANDY!

Well, I've decided it's way past time to unload a bunch of my cards. I have three baskets and two drawers full of them. There are also all of the random ones tucked here and there around my scrap room. Before I unload all of these I figured I should at least post them on my blog. Some of them date a few years back, so don't critique my style too much. They're just "retro" now.  And.... since I have to go back to work in one week I figured I'd do another purge by unloading a bunch more of my unused supplies that I've been clearing out.  So, to win some BLOG CANDY leave your comments some time this week here on my blog.  You can post as many comments as you'd like. I will pick a winner for each day over the next week. Tell me what your favorite posts are, your favorite projects, or what you'd like to see more of.  You can even just tell me how your day went. I just wanna hear what you have to say, before returning to Uncle Sam and having to wear those combat boots again!

I love all your posts! I've enjoyed keeping up with you as you went overseas and back. Met and married Vince. Had a beautiful baby. Wow! Your life is very full! As far as those combat boots go, I highly recommend a pair of Hi-Tecs. Very comfy. ;)

I've enjoyed reading along on your blog as you went from single solider to going oversees to coming home meeting your guy and having a little boy. I do think it is insane that you have to head back to work so soon. I am Canadian and I just came off a one year maternity leave right back into my job that they by law have to hold for me or well they have to hold a like job but you always end up with your original one back. Enjoy Ethan they grow so fast!

I truly love reading and seeing any post you may put up. I have been following your blog since January 2009! I come by almost every day just to see if there is something new. If I had to pick just one post that made me want to come back and see how life is for you would be from January 2009, Day 32: New year. Your post brought me to tears and just made me want to know more. I called my sister and told her she had to read your post because her hubby was in Iraq at the time. Thank you for letting us all into your life as a soldier, mom, wife and crafter. You are amazing.

I can't even begin to feel your pain! leaving that adorable little one and heading back to work must be tearing your heart out. I'm with Shannon, they should let new Moms have one year off, but since they don't have a great time balancing work and home and crafting in your spare time, if there is any spare time to speak of!!! God Bless you, little MOM, and your family! Love your cards and blog!
